SHIPPING AND RETURN
Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
Free Shipping is available for standard delivery on order above RM100 for both WM and EM.
Shipping fee is charged at flat rate basis for order below RM100 for both WM and EM.
You shall be notified once your purchase is in the process of delivery along with the tracking number. Customer must ensure the shipping address and other mandatory details are accurate.
No minimum purchase.
Most packages will arrive around 2-3 business days* from date of payment.
Do you ship internationally ?
We are only able to ship to Singapore with SGD15 shipping fee.
What happens if nobody is around to receive the parcel when the delivery is made?
- If you are not around to receive your parcel when the delivery is made, Pos Laju will send the parcel to a nearby Post Office. You will get a notification about your missed delivery, so you can pick your item up in-person. Pos Laju will hold the parcel at the Post Office for 14 business days, before it gets returned to us.
How "do" I check the status of my orders?
You will receive an email notification from us when your order is being processed, and another email notification containing the delivery tracking information once your order is being dispatched.
Most orders will reach you in 2 to 3 business days. If you do not receive your items after 5 business days, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or kindly contact us at 03-90542173 our Customer Service team will be glad to assist you.
What is the procedure for Return/ Exchange?
Return items easily within 30 days of your order for credit or refund.
Wonder Me provides returns for all items, except Best Buy/SALE/Discounted items and other special codes.
You are responsible for the shipping cost of returned item.
You are responsible for the item until it reaches us and kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent.
Returns can only made one time per order number. Meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time. If you are unsatisfied with the item(s) you received for reasons such as incorrect size or faulty, kindly notify us by email at email@example.com WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS.
Items must be in its original condition, send the item(s) back to us together with the ( INVOICE SLIP and ALL TAGS ATTACHED ). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined. All items are not to be soaked. If color runs due to this reason, item(s) is strictly not returnable.
All return must include the INVOICE SLIP. You may reprint it under your Account if lost. All shipping fees on exchange and return are to be paid by the customer.
The Return department will get back to you once a return item is received by us and we will email your online store credit once the item is received. This normally takes 3-5 working days.
All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be strictly declined and forfeited.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please keep the tracking code with you in case we shall need them for reference.
All returns MUST be sent via a courier service that provides tracking capabilities.
Any used/credited reward points/discount codes for the returned order will be voided and not refundable/re-usable. Usage of points on subsequent purchases will not be awarded for additional points.
Wonder Me reserves the right to reject any request to mail these items alongside with a new order. All returns are final and further requests will be denied.
*Color of products may varies due to studio lighting used and please allow 20%-30% of color variation in real product as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter. Exchanges due to this reason will be charged a processing fee.
*There might be 1cm-2cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material. Please do check the measurements given in our products and compare with your existing dresses for best fit. Otherwise please email us your stats to gauge your best fit.
*For printed items, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight color patches for each piece and return due to this reason is not considered a defect.
Returns are not allowed for sales items.
All return items must satisfy the following conditions:
- Returned in original packaging
- All tag attached
- Brand new condition (Unaltered, undamaged and unwashed)
- All parcels have to reach us within 14 business days from the date you receive your item
- Please allow 10 business days (upon receipt of returned item) to process your refund.
Wonder Me reserves the right to reject any Return if any of the above conditions are not met.
